The administrative registration of outpatient BPJS must be brought during a visit to the hospitalforhealth check. Aproblem is 8 patientsvisited the hospital including 2 patients who didn’t bring control letter, 2 patients didn’t bring photocopyID card,3 patients didn’t bring photocopy BPJS, and 1patientcame not scheduled for control. The purpose study was to determine thesuitability of the administrativeregistration of BPJS users at Hospital X Jombang. Research method Descriptivewith a cross-sectional, the variablesregulations,standardoperating procedures, and administrative completeness of patient registration. The population of BPJS outpatients is 26,654, a sample of 30 is quota sampling and 1 respondent is the Head of Medical Records. Forresult,policiesand standardoperating procedures havebeen implemented, and administrative complianceincomplete, suchas a control letter (20%), photocopy of ID card (56.7%), and photocopy of BPJS (53.3%). The conclusion,implementation of the outpatient registration procedure for BPJS users at Hospital X Jombang isn’t accordance the rules, because the patient administration isn’t complete. This causes long waiting times to poly, hampers the service process at registration,and cancels BPJS claims at the hospital. Suggestions for making information facilitiesto completeness patient registration.
