Abstract
This study seeks to ascertain the efficacy of career progression by assisting high school students with their career exploration. With a single case research design, this study used an experimental methodology. Interviews, psychological tests, and observational methods are the methods utilized to gather data. The participants in this study were class XI high school students who were concerned about selecting the incorrect major because they feared failing in college in the middle of their studies. The intervention lasted for 5 days, and the outcomes demonstrated that the circumstances before and after the intervention varied. The subject is unable to create a career plan that suits her in the baseline condition because she is unaware of her own strengths and weaknesses, the different faculties and departments on the lecture bench, and her own types. The subject can observe herself, get to know herself, and evaluate herself in the intervention conditions based on her potential and personality so that she can make professional decisions that are appropriate for her situation.
