Hubungan Kadar Troponin I Dengan Sgot Pada Pasien Infark Miokard di RSUD Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro

Myocardial necrosis that occurs in myocardial infarction causes the release of enzymes and proteins found in heart muscle such as transaminase, myoglobin, creatin kinase (CK), Troponin I and T and other markers. Elevated serum SGOT levels in myocardial infarction are associated with the extent of myocardial infarction. SGOT levels are more significant because SGOT activity in the heart is more specific. to determine the relationship between Troponin I levels with SGOT in patients with myocardial infarction at RSUD Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro. This study used a cross sectional survey design. The number of samples in this study were 35 samples determined by simple random sampling technique, with the independent variable Troponin I and the dependent variables SGOT. Statistical analysis using Spearman Rank correlation test. Based on the correlation test between Troponin I levels and SGOT, it is known that the significance value or sig (2-tailed) is 0.000 with a correlation coefficient value of 0.580. Meanwhile, in the correlation test between levels of Troponin I and SGPT, it is known that the significance value or sig (2-tailed) is 0.276 with a correlation coefficient of 0.109. There is a significant relationship between levels of Troponin I and SGOT, and there is no relationship between levels of Troponin I and SGPT in patients with myocardial infarction at RSUD Dr. R. Sosodoro Djatikoesoemo Bojonegoro. It is necessary to determine the most appropriate time when sampling patients with a diagnosis of Myocardial Infarction.
